Mojn.Dev is a cloud-hosted platform enabling agile teams to refine Azure DevOps work items in real time, assisted by AI features. Features may evolve over time.

To create an account, you must:

• be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent)
• provide accurate and complete registration information
• maintain the confidentiality of your credentials and notify us of any unauthorised use
• accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You agree not to:

• use the Site or Service for unlawful purposes
• transmit malicious code
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• reverse-engineer or decompile any part of the Service
• infringe intellectual-property rights

All Site and Service content is the property of BoK ApS (trading as Mojn.Dev) or its licensors. You retain ownership of any content you submit but grant us a licence to use it solely for operating and improving the Service.

The Service integrates with Azure DevOps and other providers. Their separate terms apply; we are not responsible for third-party content.

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance or unforeseen outages may occur.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mojn.Dev is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or Service.

The Site and Service are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mojn.Dev from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or Service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by Danish law, excluding conflict-of-law rules.

We may revise these Terms. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days before taking effect.

The marketing site uses a cookieless PostHog setup, so no analytics cookies are stored on your browser. The Service (app.mojn.dev) requires the cookies listed below in order to function.

These cookies are essential for account authentication and product‑improvement analytics within the Service. If you disable cookies, you will be unable to log in or use core functionality.

We rely on:

• Contract – account creation, essential cookies
• Legitimate interest – analytics and security

We share data only with the sub‑processors listed in our DPA for the purposes described therein.

If we transfer Personal Data outside the EU/EEA, we do so under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or another valid transfer mechanism.

We retain Personal Data only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined in this Policy and our DPA, after which we securely delete or anonymise it.

Under GDPR you have the right to:

• Access, rectify, or erase your Personal Data
• Restrict or object to our processing
• Data portability
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
